I have had extensive experience in automated systems, distribution and IT & Telecom systems and providing solutions to the hospitality and serviced office industries. I have a passion for technology and system usage, as well as a dedicated, detailed and enthusiastic working approach.
Hospitality experience was gained with working for Hilton International for nearly 20 years. Starting in operations covering Food & Beverage, Front Office and General Management across the UK for over 7 years. For the next 12 years I was managing Worldwide Distribution using Global Distribution Systems as well as developing sales & pricing systems for worldwide locations and interfacing booking agents. I was also responsible for the data management team of 30 as well as interfacing with Front Office Development, Senior Directors & Presidents and Vice Presidents, as well as the introduction of global pricing policies and strategy meetings.
As Director of Distribution, I was instrumental with the development and the re-engineering of the on-line hotel booking engine for Opodo. This involved the global management of hotel rates and the database management department and introduction of the merchant model and procurement of suppliers and management of interfacing systems. Service office experience has been with Regus as Director of Pricing and Yield Management for over 400 business centres worldwide. Responsible for the introduction of office optimisation and re structure of pricing and policies. Creating management information and launch of the CRM system and project lead for the PMS and CRS. For 14 years I was
Distribution Consultant with NewFlex , with over 40 business centres across the UK, where I applied optimisation and re pricing of the offices which resulted in a restructured the product offering.

I have managed several migrations of the centres provisoins of telephony and IT; saving over £400k in 3 years through negotiations and re platform of services.
Introduction O365 with migration to Teams and SharePoint built for the company Intranet, anti-virus and inbound mail screening for removal of spam and virus. Introduction, delivery and development of the broadband management system to over 35 centres to enhance revenue potential gained for segmentation and pricing policies.
